This beautiful outdoor terrace has both a magnificent custom stone faced gas fireplace and a covered loggia for cooking and dining. The paving is large concrete pavers. This terrace overlooks the swimming pool.

This custom brick fireplace and outdoor kitchen are located in a free standing loggia. We designed this space to provide the clients with more outdoor entertainment space. This space is both intimate but still spacious to provide sufficient area for both dining, and lounging.

This free standing Loggia contains the perfect outdoor kitchen, equipped with a BBQ, sink, refrigerator, dishwasher, and a built in beer tap and outdoor TV. The counter provides seating for conversation as well as watching TV.

We designed this new entertainment loggia to emulate the architecture of the residence. It includes gas heaters, outdoor fans, chandelelier lighting, a magnificent custom gas fireplace, outdoor kitchen, as well as a built-in movie screen and projector.
