This lush English cottage style coutyard enhances the front yard. It creates privacy and a place to sit and relax . The large shade tree provides shade and the courtyard is planted with colorful and interesting shade plants such as hydrangeas, azaleas, astilbe, ferns and impatience.

This private courtyard is located off the kitchen. It is a perfect space for small intimate meals. The terra cotta tiles are contiguous with the interior flooring and the custom wall fountain creates a focal point for this space.

This new courtyard included antique iron grates that softened a blank wall, a wonderful copper and concrete noise-reducing fountain, colorful pots, and limestone tile paving.

This old world ruin wall is a facade in this front courtyard. It creates the effect of an old European courtyard where one area is built on top of another space.

This small courtyard is an outdoor room, complete with terra cotta paving, a stone monolith fountain and raised planters faced with 3 rivers flagstone and planted with drought tolerant plantings. This is truly a sustainable space.

We designed this courtyard to have the feel of the French Quarter in New Orleans. It has beautiful flagstone and brick paving, a wrought iron balcony and staircase and a wonderful cast iron old world fountain.
